Quick Thoughts  Headline: Rams plan to “run it back” with their 2023 roster because of financial constraints and limited draft capital.  This is bad for the Rams. Sean McVay and Aaron Donald basically planned to retire together because the season went so bad and now they’re going to do it again? Oh no! Stafford is old and has back problems, and the offense has limited weapons and a bad run game. The defense could be good with Jalen Ramsey and Donald coming back, but who else do they have?  With no first-round pick in the 2024 draft, some are wondering: What are the Rams going to do? Is trading Ramsey a good choice to gain some draft capital back? Or is it Donald that goes next?
